Our Approach

Families stay with us for 6–12 weeks, depending on their circumstances and objectives. During this time, daily routines — including mealtimes, play, bedtime, and self-care — are naturally observed, and our experienced team provides practical guidance, coaching, and reflective support.

We focus on key areas including:

Parent–child interactions and attachment
Understanding children’s emotional and developmental needs
Safe decision-making and problem-solving
Capacity for positive, sustained change

Families receive key-worker support, skill-building, and emotional guidance throughout, in a respectful and enabling environment.

Outcome and Reporting

At the end of each placement, we provide a comprehensive, evidence-based report summarising parenting capacity, observed strengths, and recommended next steps.

We work with a wide range of families, including first-time parents needing intensive support, families facing complex challenges such as mental health or learning needs, parents who benefit from a supported environment to demonstrate positive change, and families where children’s safety or development is a priority.
